Email is gathered at various times during the day. It is requested that you do not leave any urgent messages by email. Also, we can not make or change appointments via email. Instead, please call the office for these requests.

Phone calls are requested during office hours. You may call for laboratory results anytime the office is open. If we can't help you right away, we will return your phone calls as promptly as is possible. Emergency phone calls are accepted at any time. If you are calling for a prescription renewal, or to request medication, please have the phone number of a local, open pharmacy ready.
Our main telephone number, (201) 342-6633 is answered 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, either by our staff, or electronically. You should always call this number to reach the office. If you call after hours with an emergency, follow the easy, recorded instructions that will allow you to reach Dr. Gallo. Since you will be calling Dr. Gallo's cell-phone directly, we ask that you restrict phone calls placed outside of our office hours to medical emergencies only.
